Research Overview
Zimbabwe is an example of a developing nation whose rural WASH sector lacks accurate and timely information By demonstrating how Activity-Theory and Information Asymmetry Theory offer a context-centric capacity-building approach to advance the technology for human development agenda, the research seeks to explore information management processes in the delivery of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) services in the nation's rural areas. The study focuses on capacity-building to boost the sector's information management processes.
