Bio

Wilheminah Chueu is a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist with more than eight years of experience in local government. She holds an undergraduate degree in Information Science from the University of Limpopo and an honours degree in Information Science from the University of Pretoria. She holds a master’s degree in Business Information Systems from the Tshwane University of Technology and is pursuing her PhD in information systems with the University of Cape Town, where she will apply her knowledge in the field of business intelligence. In the past years, she expanded her role to knowledge management in the City of Tshwane. She has a passion for sharing knowledge and improving the efficiency of local government. Her work has been widely focused on knowledge management, innovation, and technology. She believes that municipalities are constantly evolving, and it is important to share knowledge and stimulate growth and development.
