Wilheminah Chueu

Wilheminah Chueu is a PhD student in Information Systems at the University of Cape Town, where her research focuses on the application of business intelligence in the public sector. She holds an undergraduate degree in Information Science from the University of Limpopo, an honours degree in Information Science from the University of Pretoria, and a master’s degree in business information systems from the Tshwane University of Technology. Her academic interests include knowledge management, business intelligence, digital transformation, and the role of information systems in enhancing decision-making within municipalities. She is particularly interested in how these systems influence data use, collaboration, and innovation in the public sector.
