Don't miss the 2019 School of IT Showcase

You are cordially invited to the 2019 School of IT Showcase at the University of Cape Town.

This event will showcase the research and software development projects of our third year finalists (BCom & BSc), Honours (4th year), Masters and PhD students.

The demonstrations will cover a diverse range of topics, including: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Games, Computer Graphics, Digital Libraries, Distributed Computing, Human-Computer Interaction, Information and Communication Technologies for Society, Forensics, Cyber Security and many more.

Awards will be presented to our top students at this event, and selected honours students will give presentations.

The Showcase will also provide an opportunity for industry to engage with students and set up a stand. If you are interested in hosting a stand, please contact us directly!

The event will be held on the 15th of October 2019. Access to the public and schools will be from 15h00 to 17h00. The prize-giving ceremony will take place from 18h00 to 20h00.
