Showcase 2023

The University of Cape Town (UCT) School of Information Technology, comprising the Departments of Computer Science and Information Systems, cordially invites you to our 2023 Showcase which will once again take place in person.

The event will take place on Friday, 27 October 2023, between 17h30 for 18h00 and 20h00 in the Sarah Baartman Hall on the Upper Campus at UCT. Directions to the Sarah Baartman Hall

The event will display the research and software development projects in the School of IT third-year BCom and BSc finalists, Honours, Masters, and PhD students

Demonstrations will cover a diverse range of topics, not limited to; Artificial Intelligence, Computer Games, Computer Graphics, Virtual Reality, Digital Libraries, Human-Computer Interaction, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, and their impacts on society.

The Showcase presents an the opportunity to engage with students about their work.
