MIT: Lifelong learning is important to Alberto Tagliaro, who as a mature student, is pursuing a Master’s in Information Technology through the Department of Computer Science.
The IS honour’s programme has given Ryan Tripod a much wider range of skills than he expected. After graduating from CTI with a BSc in Information Technology, where he received a solid technical training, his year at UCT has taught Ryan that IT is about much more than just programming code.
The honours year has been a good one for Nasiha Ally: she was part of the team that won the national hackathon and she has already found a job, starting just a week after her last exam.
